A little bit about me
Every house has its own story. Every person has their own needs, desires and wishes. Ever since I can remember, I have loved opening the door to a room or a cupboard and discover what it holds.
I moved about twenty houses in my life, across different cities and countries, and every move has been an opportunity for change and for thinking about what home is to me.
Friends know about this passion of mine and have started asking for my help. After moving to Cambridge and helping other newcomers settle in, I have decided to turn this into a profession.
I love a good vision and a process with a start, middle and end. I picture how things will look in the end and work to make it happen.
I offer my knowledge, hard work, and patience to help make your house feel like home.
I am DBS checked and fully insured to work in your home.

Talk
Contact me and we'll set up a call to discuss the type of service you require.

Consultation
For help in your current home, I will come to your house for a free 20 minute viewing and assessment, and we'll talk through your needs. I will explain my methodology in detail and we will adapt it to your individual circumstances.
If you are moving into Cambridge and nearby villages but not here yet, we'll talk over Zoom instead.

Plan and Quote
I will create a plan to address your needs and wishes, including an estimate of the work required and my fees. I can work on my own, with you or any combination with which you feel comfortable.

On the day
Decluttering and home organisation
I will arrive at your house for between three hours (with no break) and six hours (with a short break in the middle). I will also clear out unwanted items to the tip and distribute any donations to charities.
Planning a move
We will meet again over Zoom and I will answer your questions, present relevant information for your move and assist with anything that may have come up in the meantime. This could include helping you with ensuring that home essentials await you in your new house.

Follow up
After the work is done we'll talk about going forward - advice for keeping the house tidy, regular checkups from me if required, a walk of the city, or anything else that could help you.
Fees
Initial consultation meetings of twenty minutes are always free.
No obligation until we agree on a plan.
I only charge for time I spend working with you.
Distributing unwanted items to the tip or charities is included.
